How to refresh the local DNS Cache
I often ask if domain name resolution does not take effect immediately. Why is it still the original one? The answer is that there is a resolution cache in the local DNS. After the computer accesses the domain name for the first time, it will be cached within a certain period of time. When the computer accesses the domain name for the next time, it will find the local DNS cache, you can directly know the IP address, instead of performing domain name resolution, which improves the efficiency. This is the DNS cache, and after the domain name is changed, although the DNS server has been updated, there is still a local DNS cache, resulting in an old IP address. The following method can be used to solve this problem: method 1 of refreshing the DNS Cache: first enter the command prompt (start -- run -- cmd); first run: ipconfig/displaydns to check the dns information cached on the local machine, then enter the following command ipconfig/flushdns, And the dns Cache Information of the local machine has been cleared. We can enter the command again for the first time to see method 2 of ipconfig/displaydns refresh the DNS Cache: disable the NIC directly and then enable the NIC. In this way, you can also learn to view the DNS resolution of the domain name and find a simple command to solve the problem. Of course, first of all Make sure that your network is normal. Step: start -- run, Enter cmd, and then type the following command, such as nslookup-q = ns baidu.com or nslookup-qt = ns baidu.com. Note: Enter the root domain name here, instead of second-level domain names. View the dns information of Baidu Domain Name: baidu.com nameserver = ns3.baidu.com baidu.com nameserver = ns2.baidu.com baidu.com nameserver = ns4.baidu.com
