How to register a BAT file as a Windows Service

Use bat_to_exe_converter to convert BAT to exe. Download: http://www.jb51.net/softs/41098.html. there is also an attachment of the malicious batfile. Source code.
Use srvinstw.exe to register EXE as a system service. Download: http://www.jb51.net/softs/21399.html
Because they are all graphic interfaces, there is no need to explain them more. After successful registration, go to Control Panel> Management Tools> services to view your newly registered services.
Adding as a scheduled task is also a good choice.
