How to remove the auto-completion feature of Windows Resource Manager and IE Address Bar

Originally, this function was quite practical, and it was so annoying to use it. The content in the address bar often jumps, so I decided to turn off this bad function.

To enable the in-row Automatic completion function for Web addresses, perform the following steps in Internet Explorer:
