How to replace table prefixes in batches in mysql

Source: Internet
Author: User

You can use phpmyadmin or directly run the mysql command or execute the command: generate a batch replacement mysql query statement by using the mysql command. For example, replace the table prefix jiancai _ in abctable with cms _

Select concat ('alter table', table_name, 'rename TO cms _ ', SUBSTRING (table_name, 9 ),';') AS scriptFROM information_schema.tablesWHERE table_schema = 'abctable' AND table_name LIKE 'jiancai _ % 'order by table_name DESC;

After the generated statement is queried, copy all statements to the mysql query for execution.
