How to set a password for WORD2010 in Windows 7

The details are as follows:

1. Open a file to set the password;

2. Click the File;

3. Click and the dialog box shown in the figure is displayed;

4. Choose protection document;

5. Click protection document to bring up the dialog box shown in the figure below;

6. Select a password for encryption;

7. Click and the dialog box shown in the figure is displayed;

8. Enter the password here and enter 123 for me;

9. Click "OK". A dialog box is displayed. Here we will enter "123". OK;

10. Close the document. If you open the document again, you will be prompted to enter the password to enter the document. This means that we have achieved our goal.
