How to Set a program not required by the default application in Win10 1709, win101709

In Windows 10, we want to modify the default application used by the photo viewer. However, we found that this application is not available in the settings window. How can we set the default application?

On the Windows 10 desktop, right-click the start button in the lower left corner of the desktop, and select set menu items in the pop-up menu.

In the Windows 10 setting window, click the application icon.

In the application settings window that appears, click the Default Application menu item in the left sidebar.
