How to Set printer attributes to print Courseware


1) General courseware printing (PPT) method (1)
File-> Print-> print content-> handout


Set the printed content to handouts, with 6 or 9 screenshots on each page. However, the printed content is not very good. There is no space for separate slides on one page, in particular, printing nine pieces of content with this setting will make the content really to be printed look small. The PPT only occupies a small amount of space, while the gap between the PPT pieces occupies a large part (see figure 2 ).

2) print Courseware by setting printer attributes (PPT)

Figure 3 prints the courseware by setting the printer attributes. This makes full use of the blank area in Figure 2, and the print effect is naturally better.
The method for setting printer properties is as follows:

Click print in the dialog box"Attribute"

Click to go to the printer property settings page. The page for setting printer properties similar to "5" appears."Page layout"


You can set the number of sheets to be printed on each page.(This is the key. Different manufacturers and different types of printers may"Page layout"
The label names of properties are different, but you only need to find the settingsPages per page
Select items (generally) from the drop-down list and set them as needed)

Click OK and return to Figure 4. Select the printed content"Slide"

. Click OK to print the layout courseware shown in figure 3.

PS:
1. In the printer attribute setting interface of the print room, the problem of setting the print direction will also occur, in general, it is set as horizontal from left to right (the interface may be divided into two setting options, select horizontal, and then select from left to right );
2. If you are unsure, please print the first nine slides (if there are eight slides on each page, the first eight ), after confirming the correctness, select to print all the subsequent PPT;
3. The above method uses PowerPoint as a demonstration, but is not limited to PPT. You can use the same method to print files in Doc and PDF formats.
