1. You don't need to worry about starting menu empty fold. Right-click "taskbar" and click "properties" in the pop-up menu. In the pop-up taskbar management, click "Start" menu attribute window.

2. then, click "Start menu"-"custom" in the window that opens, and then find the first item of the "Start" menu, "number of recently opened programs to be displayed", set the data here to a value other than 0. Then let's see if the Start menu is no longer blank.
