How to solve the Windows 8 system of suspended animation method

Most of the half-card-dead phenomenon is due to a bug in dynamic tick. Dynamic Tick is a new feature of the NT 6.2 kernel (Linux has already been there), the principle is probably in idle time the CPU completely paused, to save electricity.

But it seems that the technology is not very mature, the "idle" judgment is sometimes wrong, so the normal use of the CPU may also be suspended, the appearance of suspended animation. The RP has had a patch repaired once, but it does not seem to be fully repaired.

The solution is to turn it off, and then the kernel's behavior will return to Win7. So it will be the same as the Win7 charge, but should not be suspended animation.

Reboot.
