How to solve Vim's problem of displaying Chinese garbled characters

Source: Internet
Author: User

I am using Ubuntu 12.04. When using Vim to open a file of the file type "ISO-8859 C program text", the Chinese characters in it are garbled, this is because Vim cannot automatically identify the file encoding type. You need to modify the vim configuration. You can modify/etc/Vim/vimrc or ~ /. Vimrc, which only takes effect for the current user. Therefore, add the following content to the modified User:

Set fencs = UTF-8, gb18030, ucs-bom, default, Latin1

Exit and save. garbled characters are fixed.
