Workaround:

In the McAfee default installation directory, there is a folder called "Common Framework", which is the CMA independent client program mentioned above, in this folder there is a program called "FrmInst.exe".

First, to stop the McAfee FRAMEWORK Manager service in Control Panel-Administrative Tools-services, if you cannot stop, you can choose to disable and then restart your computer.

Then open "Run" and enter the absolute path to the "FrmInst.exe" program, such as "C:\Program Files\mcafee\common Framework\frminst.exe", followed by the command "/ Forceuninstall ".
