1. Click the Start menu and type "Task Scheduler" in the bottom search bar.

2. Click on the search to the "Task Scheduler" icon.

3. Click on the right side of "Create basic tasks ... ".

4. Enter a name, such as "Timed Rest" and click "Next".

5. in the Triggers option, select the time at which a task starts, such as daily, and click Next.

6. in the "daily" option, set the start time and "once every 1 days ", click "Next".

7. Select "Show Messages" in the "Action" option and click "Next".

9. after setting, click "Finish".

When you arrive at a set time, a prompt box appears on the screen.
