When we print some specific paper, the size of the printer does not always meet our requirements, which requires us to set the size of the paper we need.
Note: Setting the paper width and height in the 3rd step exceeds the print paper width and height and cannot be read in step 5th .
Windows XP
Operation Steps:
1. Click "Start"--"Settings"-"printer and fax";
2. In the blank place, click the right mouse button, select "Server Properties", click the left mouse button to determine;
3. Get "Print server Properties", "Create a new form" before "√", create a table name, change the width and height of the paper size, save the format, point the point; (Note: The paper width and height beyond the print paper width and height cannot be read in the 5th step.) )
4. Right click on the selected printer, select "Properties" and select "Print preferences";
5. In the "Printing Preferences" tab, click "Advanced", select "Paper Size", in the drop-down list, select the paper name we set, click OK;
6. Click "Device Settings", select "Scroll feeder", select "Paper Size", in the drop-down list, select the paper name we set, click OK. So the printed paper is the paper that we need.
