how Word automatically enters duplicate information
For example, if you want to quickly enter company information in any of the local Word documents, you can follow these steps.
1, first in any Word document, enter the company details that need to be reused, as shown in Figure 1.

2, select the input of the company details, then click the Office button, in the Drop-down list that opens, click the Word Options button, in the Open Word Options dialog box, switch to the Proofing tab, and click the More Options button, as shown in Figure 2.

3, on the AutoCorrect tab of the Open AutoCorrect dialog box, the previously selected company Information text content is automatically displayed in the Replace with text box, where you simply enter the text you want to replace in the Replace text box, such as company information, the other options remain the default, and then click the Add button. Add it to the list box below, as shown in Figure 3.

4, Continuous Click OK button, close all dialog boxes, AutoCorrect option settings complete. In the future, when you need to enter the company's details in the document, directly enter the "Company Information" 4 words, the system can quickly replace it with the corresponding details, as shown in Figure 4.
