Step 1th, open the Word2010 document that contains the manual line break, and click the Replace button in the Edit group in the start Ribbon, as shown in Figure 1.

Step 2nd, in the Find and Replace dialog box that opens, confirms that the Replace tab is the current tab. Click the More button and click the left mouse button in the Find what edit box. Then click the Special Format button and click the manual line Break command on the special Format menu that opens, as shown in Figure 2.

Step 3rd, click the Replace with edit box, and then click the Special Format button, and on the special Format menu that opens, click paragraph mark, as shown in Figure 3.

Step 4th, click the Replace All button in the Find and Replace dialog box, as shown in Figure 4.

Step 5th, the Find and Replace tool begins by replacing the manual line break with a paragraph mark, and then clicking the OK button when the replacement is complete, as shown in Figure 5.

6th step, if you replace the manual line break with paragraph mark, there are many blank paragraphs that you can remove by replacing the method. Enter two paragraph marks in the Find what edit box on the Replace tab, and then enter a paragraph mark in the Replace with edit box. When you are finished, click the Replace All button.
