Recently encountered a case:
Status: HP-UX operating system, Oracle 10.2.0.4 RAC, MCSG mode, 2 OCR and 3 voting disk each correspond to one LV in the same concurrent volume group
Purpose: To mirror shared storage, the technology used is HP's own HP Mirrordisk/ux, which seems to need to be installed separately.
Search the official documents of HPUX, like the following records:
Use LVM to store and update up to six copies of the same data at a time. This feature is called mirroring a logical volume and requires the installation of an optional product, HP Mirrordisk/ux. See improve data availability through mirroring (page 31st).
In other words, this image is LV level.
In conjunction with the current RAC Architecture, Oracle CRS and the database plane do not have to do anything or downtime.
