Keyboard shortcuts for Windows and Macs

Keyboard shortcuts are often used in modern operating systems and in computer software programs.

Using keyboard shortcuts can help you save a lot of time.

Save the entire screen as a file		CMD + Shift + 3
Copy the entire screen to the Clipboard	PRTSCR (Print screen) or Ctrl + PRTSCR	CMD + Ctrl + Shift + 3
To save a window as a file		CMD + Shift + 4, then Space
Copy window to clipboard	Alt + PRTSCR	CMD + Ctrl + Shift + 4, then Space
Copy the selected area to the Clipboard		CMD + Ctrl + Shift + 4
Save the selected area as a file		CMD + Shift + 4

Note: Some shortcuts may not work for all users due to different keyboard settings.
