1. Install the Java Development Environment (JDK)

5.2 run eclipse
5.3 select [windows] ----- [preference] --- [Android] and Click Browse. Select the android SDK to decompress the directory.
5.4 select Window ----- Android SDK manager and select Android SDK 2.2 for installation.
