First: In the end Php+mysql+apache how to configure? Is there a manual for their configuration?
Second: Exactly wampserver how to configure, there is no wampserver configuration manual?

Or, please help me, how can i solve the problem that I can't access the phpMyAdmin page?

In "Start"-"Run" input "Services.msc", enter, enter the service interface, find Wampserver, change to Automatic.
