I learned jobs

Steve Jobs is undoubtedly a model for global entrepreneurs. He created many myths in the scientific and technological circles. We worship him and will always miss him. What he left us is not only a halo, it should be an inspiration for our entrepreneurs. As an entrepreneur, we should do our best to learn and inherit jobs' heritage. Based on my personal characteristics, I have summarized the valuable wealth gained from Steve Jobs as follows:

1. extreme pursuit of important details: Most people know that Details determine success or failure, but it is still difficult to be as extreme as Steve jobs to be almost paranoid, the success or failure of many products is precisely the ultimate feature. This is true for Apple's iPod, iPhone, and iPad. Without the ultimate pursuit of "User Experience", it is impossible to succeed. I used to emphasize details, but I did not personally push my team to the extreme. I may miss the chance of success.

2. always keep a beginner's mind: as we get older, especially when we make some achievements, we will all accumulate a lot of experience, and experience is just a double-edged sword, it is easy for us to wear colored glasses to look at the situation in the entrepreneurial process. But while making great achievements, Steve Jobs can always maintain a "Beginner" mentality to treat his career. This fact tells us how important it is to maintain a "Beginner" mentality forever.

3. creative use of the media: We all know that the media is very important for marketing, and the application of advertising and PR is very familiar, while Steve Jobs can always mobilize the sensitive nerves of the media and apply the media effect to the extreme, every exposure he made in front of the media has a vigorous effect. Surprisingly, he has never been funny or sensational, not to mention relying on verbal abuse. He relies on profound understanding of the characteristics of communication, profound ideas and extreme products. He is the best practitioner of "word-of-mouth marketing". In the social media era, his approach deserves our best use.

4. Attitude Towards death: Everyone will die, and no one knows when they will die. However, few people are willing to think about death and think it is unlucky and ominous. The fact is that we do have the possibility to die every day. Steve Jobs regards every day as the last day of his life to make every day the most meaningful. This is another embodiment of Jobs' ultimate character. Under the guidance of this attitude, we will not forget our mission, we will not care about our gains and losses, and we will not be idle.

5. The belief in changing the world: Why do we start a business? Money? Reputation? Status? Steve Jobs gave us the best answer: Change the world! This is a simple belief in guiding entrepreneurship to be successful! If we can start a business successfully, we must be able to make the world an accepted change, not because we want to be rich. There are many entrepreneurs in China who are keen on entrepreneurship. I don't know how many of them are holding entrepreneurial beliefs similar to those of Steve Jobs? On the way to start a business in the future, I will try my best to give up all utilitarian goals, take "change" as the core, and examine my own entrepreneurial motives. This will prevent entrepreneurship due to speculation, it can also avoid detours due to some utilitarian temptations during the entrepreneurial process.

6. attitude towards the heart: Each of us has a heart, but where is our heart? When we have the consciousness of ourselves, our hearts will be taken away by the world in front of us, and we will keep chasing and never return to ourselves. Steve Jobs's attitude to his heart must be because of his "Buddhist practice" experience. Only by keeping your mind quiet can you truly understand the meaning of life and do the right thing.

7. Work with advantages: Everyone has advantages and weaknesses. Traditional Education always reminds us to find our own weaknesses and try to make up for them. However, I believe that most people, like me, find out how difficult it is to change their weaknesses. Why don't we learn from Steve Jobs, try to discover our own advantages, work with our own advantages, and actively find complementary people to make up for our weaknesses, rather than making changes? Working with strengths can also greatly improve the pleasure at work and make your entrepreneurial life happy and happy!

Although we can keep learning about Steve Jobs, it cannot be copied, and no one will be the second Steve Jobs. Learning Steve Jobs's attitude is not a way to help us. We hope that in the future, there will be a large number of Chinese entrepreneurs who are just as successful as Steve Jobs, or even surpass Steve Jobs!
