IBM P570 machine Down, Processing Solution

The customer reported that the IBM P570 server was Down, and there was HACMP on the server. The address had been moved.

Fault Locating:

1. Run the HMC maintenance software on the IBM server to query the HMC management address on the server. This processing uses the IE Mode)

Use the <strong> or <strong> button of the Control Panel to select function 2.

Press <→> to enter function 2,

Press <→>, select N (Normal), and use the <strong> or <strong> button to change N to M (Manual)

2 times <→> exit function 2.

B. Use the <strong> or <strong> button to select function 30. Click <→>. Control Panel Display 30 **

C. Use the <strong> or <strong> button to display the Panel with 3000 or 3001, and then press <→> to read the IP address of the corresponding HMC port on the control panel. For example:

D. after the check is complete, use the <strong> or <strong> button of the Control Panel to select function 2. press <→> to enter function 2, click <→>, select N, and change M to N using the <strong> or <strong> buttons.

E. Select function 1 to enter the normal operation mode.
