Ignore words that contain numbers when you correct spelling in Word 2007

Words that contain numbers are often abbreviated words with specific meanings, such as business-to-business, C2C, etc. When correcting spelling in a Word2007 document, users can ignore words that contain numbers as needed, as described in the following steps:

Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window, and click the Office Button → Word Options button, as shown in Figure 2012040623.

Step 2nd, open the Word Options dialog box and switch to the Proofing tab. In the correct spelling in Microsoft Office programs area, select the Ignore words with numbers check box, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2012040624.
