IIS Out-Of-Process Pooled Applications cannot be found

Open the Command Prompt window, and then use the following command to switch the directory:
Cd % windir %/system32/inetsrv
C. Run the following command:
Rundll32 wamreg. dll, CreateIISPackage
Note: You must accurately enter "CreateIISPackage", which is case sensitive.
Regsvr32 asptxn. dll
D. Close and re-open "component service ". You should see all the three created iis com + applications.
E. Run IISRESET from the command line and test any ASP pages that were not correctly loaded previously.
