- Is this enterprise's goal consistent with my personal goal?
- Do I have clear responsibilities in my business? Can I agree with it?
- Does the management layer provide sufficient time and resources for my professional development? Is this occasional time and resource provision a clear and long-term commitment?
- Does the management intentionally encourage me and my colleagues to compete and evaluate me? Or do I encourage my colleagues and I to cooperate with each other to help others fully realize their potential and encourage others to treat me like this?
- Do I understand what other people give me? Do I understand why others have asked me to do such a thing? Do enterprises encourage employees to understand their tasks?
- Can I publish my work with other people for peer review? Do I want to participate in the review and be reviewed by others?
Those who use these questions and answer them carefully will not fall into that bad job.
