1. Unlock Registry Editor
The web page locks the Registry Editor so that you cannot use the Registry Editor. First, you must restore the use of the registry editor.
Open notepad, copy the following code to notepad, and save it as a file with the REG extension. Double-click the import registry file and import the key value to the Registry to unlock the Registry Editor.

2. Restore Internet Options
Some hateful websites not only change your homepage, but also make the three buttons in the Internet option change homepage unavailable. The following describes the restoration method: in the Registry Editor, find a HomePage key under HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Policies \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ Control Panel. Double-click it, change the key value to "0" and exit the Registry Editor to restore the three buttons that are dimmed in the Internet Options. You can also delete Internet Explorer under HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Policies \ Microsoft.
