Problem: I often see that some of my friends are having problems. How can I open my website and enter the user name and password.
Now, according to the following process, reconfigure anonymous access to users. The above problems will not be solved.
Step 1: Add anonymous users
First, right-click my computer and a management interface will appear. There is a "local user and group" in it, right-click, a "new user" will appear, select to enter the new user to add.
Add users! The user name is set to web_user4 for convenience. This name is not limited, but the password should be written down and used later. By the way, the user cannot change the password, if it does not expire, it will save some trouble. As shown in the following figure:
The following step is crucial. You can change the above user to an anonymous access group or a guests Group. In this way, even if the website has vulnerabilities and others have obtained the website, there is no way to hack into the server.
Right-click the username you just created and select Properties. The affiliated user does not exist. In this case, select and delete the Users Group and click add to add the user to the Gusets group, in fact, this group is inherently insecure, but it is better than the Users Group. It is best to create a website group when you create a user in the previous step. As shown in the following figure:
Step 2: add the user's access permission to the website program
Find the root directory of the website, right-click the folder, and click Properties. You can see the following on the right side of the page: General, shared, and secure.
Select security. The user group and name are displayed.
By the way (XP users need to cancel Simple Sharing before they can see it)
Click the Add button at the bottom of the above box. In the pop-up box, enter the username you have created before and click OK.
If you need to perform operations on files in the website program, you may write the corresponding allow check at the bottom of the security options after adding users. As shown in the following figure:
Last step: add access permissions to IIS
Open IIS, find the website you want to set, right-click the website, and select Properties. The following figure is displayed.
Find the directory security tab on the top. You can see "authentication and access control" and click edit.
The following authentication method is displayed.
Select enable anonymous user. In the following user box, you can enter the user name you have created or browse to select a user name.
After confirmation, you will be prompted to enter the password. As shown in the following figure:
So far, anonymous website access users have been established, and now you can check the website. If it is a general website, it can be accessed normally. Of course, some special websites, you need to add other permissions, such as network service.
