The key number of the Visual Studio. NET 2002/2003 Embedded Crystal Report does not support unrestricted retry, after exceeding the allowable count. A. NET user who creates and deploys applications using the. NET report components bundled in VS. NET requires more scalability. This patch will enable them to upgrade to the Crystal Report 9 Premium version and no need to recompile the application. Without this patch and Crystal Report 9 License Manager, the application will not be able to read the Crystal Report 9 advanced version of the key number.

This is a well-known issue with the Visual Studio. NET embedded Crystal Report and has been tracked. The trace/issue (Track/problem) ID is: ADAPT00191382.
Patches for this issue have been provided, which will be described below. After the upgrade, will increase the Crystal Report 9 key number support. If the key number of Crystal Report 9 or Crystal Report 10 is detected, these key numbers will be used instead of the key number of VS. NET 2002/2003. And please download the License Manager to enter the key number
