A team is a group of two or more, or more than two, interacting, interdependent individuals that are combined for a specific purpose. In the development process, each person in the team should undertake the corresponding task, mutual cooperation, in the technology or ability to form a complementary, so as to reflect the meaning of teamwork, better solve problems and achieve common goals.

The ability of a team to maximize its performance lies in the capacity of each individual in the team and the ability to collaborate with each individual. The ability to collaborate is highly dependent on team management. The management of my task team affects the performance of the team much more than the individual ability.
