The power supply is connected by positive and negative poles. You can regard the alarm output part of all wired detectors as a switch. Generally, there are 3 terminal blocks COM (public)/n. C (normally closed)/n. O (usually open), we often use com and N. c. receives the alarm input from the alarm host. If the alarm host has a line tail resistance, the line tail resistance must be connected to the detector. Do not connect to the host end; otherwise, the damage prevention function will be lost. The resistance of the wired alarm host is called the "tail resistance". As the name suggests, the host must be connected to the end of the line, that is, the detector. The damage prevention function is enabled. Short-circuit and open-circuit alerts are triggered. Do not directly connect to the host. Otherwise, it is better for the manufacturer to solder on the circuit board. Many beginners make similar mistakes. To be noted.

Before debugging the Aleph infrared radiation probe, we hope to make the following preparations.
1. Ensure that all probe cabling and wiring are correct;
2. The installation of the probe complies with the instructions;
3. carefully read the product manual before installation;
4. fully understand the basic working principles of infrared radiation probes;
5. After power supply, first measure the power supply voltage of the transmitter and receiver power supply terminals. The voltage must be within the voltage range specified in the Manual;
6. carefully read the optical axis adjustment section in the instruction manual.
After completing the preparations, follow these steps to adjust the Aleph infrared radiation probe. Of course, the following debugging requires more than two persons. For ease of instruction, we set up two persons A and B with walkie talkie.

Ha-20/40 W
Aleph the receiver of this series of probes contains a red paper filter, which must be covered in the receiver's infrared receiver during debugging, so that the received infrared light intensity degrades, to simulate a bad weather. After debugging, take it down to make the probe work in the best state.
Debugging steps:
① First, check whether the transmitter and receiver are on the same horizontal line. Otherwise, adjust the settings (the sights of the transmitter and receiver can be used ).
② Use a wire-hanging hammer to test whether the transmitter and receiver are both vertical; otherwise, adjust the receiver.
③ Open the housing of the transmitter and receiver, and check whether the red filter is mounted on the receiver optical component.
④ Set the multimeter to the DC 10 or 20 V position and insert the measuring rod into the test hole of the receiver (note ± polarity ).
⑤ A person observes the multimeter reading and B goes to the transmitter to adjust the reading.
⑥ B should first adjust the left and right directions. Note that a person should start from one direction slowly. When a person observes the reading, he should notify B on the walkie talkie several times when the maximum value is reached, enable User B to adjust the transmitter to the optimal position (that is, the maximum voltage read by user ).
7. After completing 6, B adjusts the upper and lower elevation angles of the transmitter, in the same way as 6. If all the steps above are correct, the output voltage at this time should be completely in line with the instructions, HA-20W 5.5v or above, HA-40W above 4 V. At this time, the power supply voltage is about 14 v. If the power supply voltage is high, the output voltage will be higher. (See the appendix)
Troubleshooting and spot check of symptom exceptions
The power supply voltage of the optical indicator light is not on. It is not suitable (disconnection, low voltage) to check the voltage and adjust it to the appropriate value dc10.5 ~ 26 V, ac8 ~ 18.5 check wiring and correction
Even if the optical axis alarm indicator is not on
The optical axis alarm indicator light is on, but no alarm signal line short circuit inspection wiring, correction
Signal contact dissolution (abnormal signal line current) or poor contact repair and correction
The optical axis of the optical beam device is not overlapped with that of the optical beam Device.
Obstacle exists between optical axes of the optical splitter to remove obstacles or change the installation position
Dust Removal by Optical Splitter external pollution
Fog ALARM (false alarm) the optical axis does not completely overlap with reference to the optical axis adjustment, adjust the optical axis
Rainy day alarm (false alarm) the optical axis does not completely overlap with the reference optical axis adjustment, adjust the optical axis
Snow alarm (false alarm) the optical axis does not completely overlap with reference to the optical axis adjustment, adjust the optical axis
Alarm (false alarm) due to small animal impact shading time set too short adjust shading time
Set the location to change the installation location.

ABT-30/60/80/100
The method is basically the same as the adjustment method of Ha-20/40 W. The difference is that the Abt series probes do not have paper filters. At the same time, when the 24 V power supply voltage is used, the output voltage should be around 3.5v, and the enclosure voltage should be above 2.8v.
Fault Causes and Countermeasures
The indicator light does not light the power supply voltage is not suitable for (disconnection, short circuit, etc.) Check the power supply Wiring

The alarm indicator of the optical beam is always on. ① the optical axis does not overlap. ② obstacles exist between the optical beam. ③ the outer cover is contaminated by dirt. ① adjust the optical axis. ② clear obstacles. ③ clean the outer cover.

For the four-beam mode, the debugging method is basically the same. The output voltage should be 1.7 v.
Troubleshooting and correction
The light emitting diode (LED) of the optical splitter is not properly wired and/or the voltage is insufficient to ensure that the voltage supply to the optical splitter is DC 12 to 28 volts.
