Insert data after simple oracle judgment

Source: Internet
Author: User

Sometimes you need to judge when inserting data in an oracle database. For example, you can write only one entry per person per day.
When inserting data, you must first make a judgment to check whether there is an operation record for this person on the current day.
First

1. select count (*) from xxx

.
I checked it this day. There is a way to write the statement that you don't need to select first.
Originally

The Code is as follows: Copy code

1. insert
2. into form (formid) values (111)

Change

The Code is as follows: Copy code

1. insert
2. when (not exists (select 1 from form where formid = 111) then
3. into form (formid) select 111 from dual

In this way, when there is a formid = 111 record in the database, no insert operation will be performed.
