Install Chinese Language Pack in CentOS English version
During centos installation, english is selected when the Language Pack is installed. After installation, garbled characters are always reported when you browse the Chinese Web page or view Chinese documents. Therefore, you must install the Chinese Language Pack, if you cannot install it from the installation disk, you can install it using yum. The installation method is as follows:
Yum groupinstall <language>-support
In the preceding command, <language> is one of the following: assamese, bengali, chinese, gujarati, hindi, Japan, kannada, korean, malayalam, marathi, oriya, punjabi, sinhala, tamil, thai, or telegu.
Locale-a: view supported languages
LANG = zh_CN.gb2312 is set to Chinese and only valid for the current time
/Etc/sysconfig/i18n
Change LANG = "zh_CN.UTF-8" to LANG = "en_US.UTF-8"
