Install Gnome Start menu in Ubuntu Linux system

The Gnome Start menu is a GNOME panel application that provides a new way to organize your system menus. For example, it uses a collection of application tags to combine frequently used programs, while the most recent document tag collects the documents you have recently visited. In addition, this menu also comes with some extended functionality.

If you are interested in the GNOME Start menu, try it yourself after installation. Currently, you can install the GNOME Start menu directly in Ubuntu Edgy and feisty, you only need to execute the following instructions:
sudo apt-get install Gnome-main-menu

After the GNOME Start menu is installed, you will also need to add it to the panel. To do this, right-click the GNOME panel and choose Add to Panel in the pop-up menu, then select Main Menu in the Tools column of the Open dialog box and click the Add button.
