Run the following command: dism.exe/online/enable-feature/featurename: NetFX3/Source: F: \ sources \ sxs.

(Note: Do not enter an error for a space; otherwise, the command cannot be executed)

Note: here, the drive letter F is determined based on the virtual drive letter you loaded ISO. My drive letter F may be another drive letter, which may be changed as needed.
