Install the graphic configuration program Unsettings in Ubuntu 14.10
Unsettings is a graphical configuration program that allows you to configure the desktop environment in a unified manner and change some settings. Unsettings can only change the settings of your users. You cannot use it to change global settings, or do anything that requires root permissions. You can use Unsettings to change themes, Window managers, icons, and cursors for GTK. However, it does not support installing new themes.
With Unsettings, you can disable global menus and overlay scroll bars for unified use.
In addition to the above Unsettings settings, save your settings to a text file (in JSON format), so that you can easily back up your settings or copy them to different accounts.
