Sudo add-apt-repository ppa: ripps818/ppa

Sudo apt-get update

Sudo apt-get install wingpanel

Press ALT + F2 and enter "wingpanel" to run the task.

Note: If you want to use the flank panel, you may want to delete the top panel or move it to another place.
