QuiteRSS is an open-source RSS reader written in QT and C ++. The latest available version is QuiteRSS 0.15.4, which has been released for some time and has some changes and improvements.

Download, install, and configure Ubuntu 14.04.

Because PPA is available and supports almost all Ubuntu versions and derivative systems, you can install it easily. The following shows how to install it in Ubuntu 14.04. Open the terminal and enter the following command:

Sudo add-apt-repository ppa: quiterss/quiterss

Sudo apt-get update

Sudo apt-get install quiterss

Commands for uninstalling software and removing PPA:

Sudo apt-get install ppa-purge
Sudo ppa-purge ppa: quiterss/quiterss
