1. Download the Dotnetfx35.exe file, about 201.849M.
2. To the command line (CMD), find the Dotnetfx35.exe file storage path, such as D:\tools\dotnetframework,
Execute the command dotnetfx35.exe/x to decompress, fill in the path, after the decompression. will see after decompression, there are four folders, Dotnetfx20,dotnetfx30,dotnetfx35,dotnetmsp,
An EXE file: DoNetFx35setup.exe. This is the uncompressed file.
3. Continue under the cmd command, find the path after decompression, run Donetfx35setup.exe/lang:enu,
4.OK is now installed in the decompression, the installation process does not need networking, and no decompression process, so the installation will be very fast
