Installation of VMware tools tools in virtual machines

One, for work or learning needs, sometimes we need to have two computers for operation and simulation learning. For economic reasons, the best option is to install a virtual machine on this machine and then install the system you want on the virtual machine, which can be Windows XP, Windows 7,linux system, and so on.

When we successfully install the Windows XP system on this virtual machine, if we want to share files or data quickly and easily between the local host and the virtual machine, it won't work if we want to paste the copy directly or drag the file. So one of the easiest ways to do this is to install VMware Tools on the virtual machine VMware Workstation Windows XP system, and when the installation is successful, it is possible to paste the copy and drag the file share between the two systems. The procedures and methods for installation are as follows:

1. Click on the virtual machine, pop up the window, then click "Install VMware Tools".

2. The following dialog box will pop up and click Next.
