3. Copy the My-default.ini file
   • Renaming, rewriting content

   •   [client]port  =3306  default -character-set  = Gbk[mysqld]port  =3306  character_set_ Server  =gbkbasedir  =d:\mysql\mysql-5.7 . 17 -winx64# extract directory DataDir  =d:\mysql\mysql-< Span style= "COLOR: #800080" >5.7 . 17 -winx64\data# extract directory under Data directory Sql_mode  =< Span style= "COLOR: #000000" >no_engine_substitution,strict_trans_tables[winmysqladmin]d:\mysql\mysql -5.7 . 17 -winx64\bin\mysqld.exe

5. Enter D:\MySQL\mysql-5.7.17-winx64\bin through an administrator command prompt,
   1. Write code mysqld --initialize-insecure
   2. Mysqld Install
