1. Download the required version on the Oracle website first http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/bi-publisher/downloads/ index.html, I downloaded Bipublisher 10.1.3.4.2 for Windows (32/64 bit) (1 GB), and I downloaded it to the F:\PPDownload directory.

2. Unzip the downloaded file, I unzipped to the F:\PPDownload\bipublisher_windows_x86_101342\ directory, and then execute the F:\PPDownload\bipublisher_windows_x86_ Setup.exe in the 101342\oracle_business_intelligence_publisher_standalone directory, but it will be reported that the authentication system failed to check the error

3. To resolve this error, you can go to the directory F:\PPDownload\bipublisher_windows_x86_101342\Oracle_Business_Intelligence_Publisher_Standalone\ Under Install, edit the file Oraparam.ini, add 6.1 (Win7) below the certifiedversions block, plus the following part of the content as follows

4. Then restart setup setup.exe and follow the prompts to install it. Then run Start > Programs > Oracle- oraclehomename > Bipublisher Server to log in to BI Publisher server, or enter the URL directly into the browser Http://hostname:port/xmlpserver, the interface I'm showing here is as follows

5. User name and password are entered administrator (the default password), click on the sign in, the login into the, for example, to change the password, you can change by the upper right corner of the preference->account.

6. Click Shared Folders to see the built-in reports that you can run, but you can't actually run them because the basic installation is complete, but the basic configuration is not yet ready. Here is not introduced, the next introduction.
