Warning:/dev/root does not exist

The reasons are: Ultroiso the installation file path of the USB flash drive under window, not recognized by Linux installer

Here's how to fix it:

dracut:/# Cd/dev

dracut:/dev# ls

After finding where the installation files are located, my is SDC, because I have two hard drives, my USB stick is third, so is C.

Restart at the installation Screen Press TAB, modify the boot configuration,

Vmlinuz initrd=initrd.img

inst.stage2=hd:label=centos\x207\x20x86_64 Rd.live.check Quiet

Switch

Vmlinuz initrd=initrd.img

INST.STAGE2=HD:/DEV/SDC quiet

You can do it.

SDA first hard drive (computer hard disk) SDB second hard drive (possibly your U)
