Method 1
- Format the USB flash drive to FAT32
- Download DD, dd
- Download boot.img.gz
Boot.img.gz
- Decompress the package to D:/workdir.
- Start-> cmd-> D:-> Cd workdir, and then decompress the DD to D:/workdir.
- Execute CommandDd.exe if = boot. IMG of = //./I: BS = 1 mI: The drive letter of your USB flash drive.
- Place the ISO file you want to install on the USB flash drive. ISO file
Insert the USB flash drive into the host to be installed and start the installation from the USB flash drive.
PS. I have repeated the above steps several times. during startup, the screen is black. After thinking for a long time, I used diskgenius to activate a partition. It turns out that my USB flash drive partition is not activated.
Second, the size of the USB flash drive is only MB. You cannot put a large file into it.
Method 2 (temporary problem)
- Download the ISO file.
- Download unetbootin
- Run unetbootin
- Select your ISO file. Here I select debian-506-i386-netinst.iso
- Click OK, where I:/is the location of the USB flash drive

Method 3 create a PXE-like system in the USB flash drive
- Download disk genius, please google.
- Format the USB flash disk with disk genius and establish the DOS system. In this case, unplug the USB flash disk and start it on the new server. Set the USB flash drive to start and enter the disk Genius system.
- Format a USB flash drive
- Download grub4dos and extract grldr to the USB flash drive.
- Copy debian-506-i386-CD-1.iso to USB flash drive

2. Select the second one, grub for DoS
3. grub4dos: extract grldr to the USB flash drive
4. ftp://debian6.ustc.edu.cn/debian/dists/lenny/main/installer-i386/current/images/hd-media/
Download initrd.gz, vmlinuz
5. Use the menu. lst mentioned above.
6. Check whether the USB flash drive is activated.
If the bootice in the previous step cannot be started, try the following MBR installation method.
