Linux need to install under VMware Tools tools to achieve the host and virtual machine direct file copy and paste functionality, the installation method is as follows:

① Click Virtual Machine VMS Menu Bar -- Virtual Machines -- installation VMware Tools .

② then RedHat the installation package that pops up in the system, finds vmwaretools-9.2.3-1031360.tar.gz then right-click to extract /media directory.

③ Enter /media install with the terminal command.
