Installing Vim in a Docker container

When using a Docker container, there are times when Vim is not installed, and when you tap the VIM command, you are prompted to say: Vim:command not found, this time you need to install VIM, but when you knock Apt-get install Vim command, prompt:

Reading Package Lists ... Done
Building Dependency Tree
Reading state information ... Done
E:unable to locate package vim

This is the time to knock: Apt-get Update, the function of this command is to synchronize the index of the source listed in/etc/apt/sources.list and/ETC/APT/SOURCES.LIST.D in order to obtain the latest package.

After the update is complete, then knock the command: Apt-get install VIM command.
