Interview history (5): about Huawei

Huawei again. One year later, Huawei's Beijing research institute called me again and asked me to go for an interview. I don't want to go! The results have been played several times. I think I should try it once! So I went there on Friday! This is also the test first. Someone will come to talk to you after the test in half an hour! Then, I got pulled into an office and made four people in it! We have a total of eight people. This round of interview is a bit interesting. First, we will introduce ourselves, and then let another person repeat the introduction of the person just now to see how much you remember! Basically, it is the test of observation and memory. I did not answer all questions. The next step is to group and play a game, that is, if you are an astronaut, your space shuttle will crash when you land on the moon. You can carry things while you are at large and sort the things in the following table, what do you think is the most important! There are 4 people in each group. To be honest, this kind of game has only been watched on TV, but has never been played by myself! However, I am still very strong in this aspect and have performed very well throughout the game! And then start again! The three members in the other group were told to go back and wait for a message. I think it may be okay! At about 30 o'clock, I came to an HR and called to the office for a chat! The key point is that I have not passed level 4, but there is no problem with basic English communication and document writing. This will bring you back!

Yesterday, I was notified to go to the last round of interviews. Seeing their supervisor, I found that Huawei's supervisor looked ugly and not amiable at all. The question is also imperative and unpleasant! This may be related to Huawei's corporate culture! After chatting, he finally agreed to give me an offer. In another accident, he asked me if I had passed level 4. I said no, but I already told people before! He said no, we can't give you an offer, and say that big companies are like this, Level 4 is a lever! This trip to Huawei ended in the last round. It was a strange reason!

I just don't understand. Since I told you that there is no Level 4 certification, and this is necessary, why should I have an interview! Wasting time on both sides! Funny! Fortunately, I don't really want to go! I just thought that what I couldn't do was to let the three same interviewees lose a chance!
