Getting Started with Pl/sql DEVELOPER 6 templates







Working with templates



A: Right-click the pop-up shortcut menu at the edit place, select the Insert Templete menu, and select the template you want to use as shown in the following figure.













Method Two (see below): Select the template to use from the Template window, right-click the pop-up shortcut menu, select Insert into Editor, and if your template window is not open, you can select the Templete list menu through the main menu tools.



Method Three: Double-click the template you want to use from the template window



Method Four: Drag the template you want to use from the template window to the corresponding edit cursor











Creating templates



Select the template you want to use from the Template window, right-click the pop-up shortcut menu, select the New Template menu, and the following dialog box appears:









Enter the template name, either in Chinese or English, and the template text editor will open after OK, as shown in the following illustration:

Modify Template



Select the corresponding template, select Modify in the shortcut menu.



Delete a template



Select the corresponding template and select Delete from the shortcut menu



Template renaming



Select the corresponding template and select Rename on the shortcut menu







Templates folder



Each template must be under a template folder, and you can create your own template folder. File management methods are similar to templates, except that the template folder has no content, only the name and, specifically, does not detail. (Note: If you want to create a folder in the root directory, you can right-click the object in the blank space at the bottom of the template window.) )
