Introduction to the function error finding mechanism in C #

The error of the 1st functions is: The function in C # cannot have default parameters.
The error of the 2nd functions is that the ref parameter cannot be modified with const, because the ref parameter may change.
The error of function 3 and 4 is: ref and out parameters can only be used for function parameters and real parameters.
