Introduction to Windows azure role Architecture

Rdfe is related to Azure many times in this document, but I don't know what it means. I searched the internet and accidentally found a good article about Windows azure. So what is rdfe? Reddog front end, reddog is the initial internal development code (codename) of Windows azure ). Rdfe is officially called Windows azure portal, which is the frontend of the entire windows azure service. In addition to providing deployment services, rdfe also provides subpartition management, billing, user access, and
Service management. It provides a set of rest interfaces for Windows azure portal to catch other tools, such as Visual Studio. Previously, it was also called the live portal service.
