iOS development tips for viewing simulator sandbox files

In iOS development, when working with a database, sometimes we need to visually view the contents of the database, so how do we find the file in the sandbox, the steps are simple:

The path to the file is:/users/username/library/application support/iphone simulator/

Where username is the user name of the current Mac computer.
