iOS UIView and Uiviewcontroller

UIView is a container for Interface layer button title, etc.

Uiviewcontriller is responsible for creating and destroying/displaying and hiding UIView. Handling of interactive event handling between UIView users

User input interface (all interactive interface) occurs before Uiviewcontriller is created

That is, first create a uiviewcontriller, and then have this uiviewcontriller create their own uiview, and finally show the UIView to the user.
